Warranty and Returns
Product warranty Information:
All warranty and repair claims are handled at our location here in the Midwest. No long delays waiting for parts or shipping times. It arrives here, we take care of it and quickly get it back on its way to you. We know how precious time to ride can be, we don't want to be another issue getting in the way.
***Please read your owners manual fully and carefully prior to use. Use of "unbranded" low quality batteries is strictly prohibited. Also only use properly certified chargers (recommend using chargers that are included only, where applicable). Warranty DOES NOT COVER damage done to any product by use of low quality batteries or chargers/use of chargers not specified or included with Ituo products. Ituo Product Warranty: Warranty coverage against any manufacturing or workmanship defects. Normal wear and tear, attempting to access or modify internally or externally, damage or failure due to accidents, misuse, abuse or neglect are NOT covered under the warranty.
-Product failure or improper operation within 15 days of purchase: We'll cover return shipping (within the US only) for First Class mail Parcel for the defective product and immediately ship a replacement upon receipt of the failed unit at no cost.
-Lights: 2 yr warranty. After the first 15 days, customer is responsible for return shipping to our store. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will exchanges be given, repairs only.
-Batteries: 6 Month free replacement (or repair for assembled packs when possible). Same 15day and beyond terms apply. Any problems from 6 months to 1 yr the replacement cost is prorated. After 1 yr the replacement is full price.
-Accessories: 6 month warranty. Same 15 day/up to warranty expiration policy applies.
-PRODUCTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER.

Amazon Warranty requests:
- You must first contact Ituo (Amazon is not handle by us) so they have a record of the warranty request. They will forward you the us so we can evaluate if product is eligible for warranty and get you squared away.
-Any items requiring a return for repair is your responsibility to ship to us. Shipping back to you we will cover.
We want you to be fully satisfied so we offer 2 options:
*Must be returned to us within 14 days (10 business days) from date of purchase. If product is damaged in any way (scratched, dented, chipped) it is not eligible for return/exchange. Product, items included and original packaging (with the exception of any plastic wrap that may have been sealing the entire box) must be returned in new condition, shipped in appropriate/protected packaging. We recommend using the box/packing material we ship your light(s) in so you know it will arrive safely back to us.
First is exchange. Can return your purchase and exchange it for another light and be refunded (or pay) the difference. We do not cover return shipping and shipping charge at the time of the order is not credited. However we will ship the new light you choose free of charge.
Second is refund. We will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping fee (even if it was part of a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund). Time to process is 1-3 days after receiving the returned item, plus the time frame needed by your bank/card to post the refund, typically 2-5 days.
